ADECS Profita News - Integrated Marketing and IT
 

The ethos of ADECS Profita is based around an integrated approach to business support solutions, bringing marketing and technology closer together. Lloyds Industries are based in Coventry and custom build fitted furniture, particularly for bedrooms. They are a long standing marketing client having worked with Profita to grow their business over an extended period before our merger this year. Following the ADECS Profita merger Peter Lloyd took us on for IT services as well, and they have become a good example of how a client can benefit from the integrated range of support services that we offer.

The Lloyds IT system, which is based around a server and 10 PCs, is now supported by our IT Essentials package. The key elements of the support are two proactive checks per month, unlimited use of the Helpdesk, and remote support using GoToAssist. ADECS Profita have also worked closely with the Lloyds accountants to help with their remote access. The package is providing a very high level of customer effectiveness.

Because the services that Lloyds have from ADECS Profita are integrated, it provides a unique offering. This is helping with the development of a new e-commerce solution to boost the Lloyds presence on the web, with their new website set to be launched just in time for 2008. Bringing an understanding of marketing together with an understanding of their IT is providing Lloyds with a significant competitive advantage.
