ADECS offer a range of support options to suit your requirements, be it a large or IT intensive organisation that requires a permanent onsite presence or a small business with only a few PC’s or home workers. Our current customer base comprises of a wide range of business types and sizes and as such our team of friendly engineers have a wealth of experience in dealing with the differing needs that this mix of customer creates.
Our helpdesk team work from 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 17:30 on a Friday and are always ready to take your call. They have access to a number of remote tools that allow them to connect straight to the end user to deal with the issue speedily and with the minimum of fuss. We all know that the support of users, either in a corporate or remote capacity can be challenging but ADECS have had great success in making this process as simple and efficient as possible.
Our corporate level clients have a mix of support needs that are serviced in a variety of ways. All our clients have access to the helpdesk service as standard but many also have an onsite presence from one or more of our engineers who integrate into their organisation and operate as an internal function. In cases where the client has an ICT function already and require either third level support or consultancy then we are also able to offer this as a service. Our status as a Certified Microsoft Partner also means that in the very rare incidents where we are unable to resolve an issue we are able to escalate it to Microsoft for high level support, thus providing even more value to our clients.
We are also SonicWall Partners and are able to offer network security solutions applicable to your organisation at a cost that suits your budget. This includes solutions for remote or home working as well as site to site VPN connections for branch office or international infrastructures. SonicWall’s range of CDP (continuous data protection) devices offers the ability to continually backup your business critical data without the need for tapes or any other form of removable media. These start at a little over £1100 with 400GB of storage space and the ability to backup and restore the last 5 versions of your files.
Our remote support packages start at an amazing £150 per month and include 1 license for our automate service for monitoring the health and status of your server along with unlimited use of our helpdesk for break/fix issues.
