Do we need Microsoft 365 already in place to use Copilot?

Yes, Copilot builds on your existing Microsoft 365 environment. If you’re not yet on 365, we can migrate you and roll out Copilot as part of the same project.

Will Copilot have access to sensitive company data?

Only what you allow. We configure permissions and data access carefully so Copilot respects your existing security and compliance boundaries.

How much does Copilot cost on top of Microsoft 365?

Copilot is licensed separately from core Microsoft 365 plans. We’ll size the right number of licences for your team rather than rolling it out business-wide by default.

Can you migrate us from another email or file platform to Microsoft 365?

Yes, migration, licensing and staff training are all handled as part of the service.
