Connectivity

Connecting what matters

When connectivity counts more than ever, so do the choices you make. With adecs, connectivity is designed to do more than just connect.

Fixed connectivity that fits

The right fit matters.

We’ll help you work out what actually makes sense for your business, then take care of the planning, migration and delivery. No unnecessary complexity, no surprises.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between SoGEA and FTTP?

SoGEA runs over the existing copper network and doesn’t require a phone line, making it a cost-effective option at lower speeds. FTTP runs fibre-optic cable directly to your premises for significantly faster, more reliable performance.

Do I need a leased line if I already have FTTP?

Not necessarily. FTTP is fast and reliable for most growing businesses. A leased line is worth the extra cost when you need guaranteed, uncontended bandwidth and SLA-backed uptime, typically multi-site or mission-critical operations.

Is 4G failover available?

Yes, 4G backup can be added across our connectivity range for extra resilience if your main line goes down.

How long does installation take?

It varies by connection type and location. We’ll give you a realistic timeline as part of your free consultation rather than an optimistic best-case figure.

Do we need a minimum contract?

We have a range of solutions to suit any budget or business requirement, arrange a free consultation and we’ll recommend the right level, not the biggest one.
